The agile coach certification workshop uses a practical approach to help you polish your skills and develop deep understanding of the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of a coach, this workshop. Lecturing in this course is kept to the minimum, and most of the learning is achieved through practical exercises and group activities. You will learn how to build your own coaches toolkit which you can implement in your roles and use for mentoring and building high performance agile teams.
